摘　　要：目的:探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床特点。方法:回顾分析65例咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床资料。结果:病例均以慢性咳嗽为主要症状,查体和辅助检查多无特殊异常,确诊前均用抗生素、祛痰等治疗无效,支气管扩张剂等治疗后痊愈。结论:咳嗽变异性哮喘容易误诊,应提高对本病的认识,做到早期诊断和治疗。Objective：To discuss the clinical features of cough variant asthma.Methods To analyze the clinical data of 65 cases of cough variant asthma patients retrospectively.Results The main symptoms was chronic intractable cough.Physical examination and ancillary examinations found no special abnormalities.Curing with antibiotics,eliminate phlegm,stop cough were invalid before diagnosis.Taking antiallergi c,bronchodilator and inhalating hormone,salbutamol could heal it.Conclusion Cough variant asthma symptoms are not typical.We should enhance the awareness of this disease and master its clinical features so that we can diagnose and treat it early.
