摘　　要：为超深井钻机配套作业的水龙头(承载能力6 750 kN,压力52 MPa)需进口,且交货期长,严重影响了国产超深井钻机的配套能力。为此,研制了SL675水龙头。该水龙头通过采用新技术、新工艺,克服了传统系列水龙头的质量大、温升高、漏油、更换密封困难等缺点,可使水龙头工作稳定、质量最轻及防止钻井液漏失。试验结果表明,SL675水龙头各项性能指标均达到设计要求,可满足超深井钻机配套作业的需要。The swivel,with a bearing capacity of 6,750 kN and working pressure of 52 MPa,serves as a matching equipment for the operation of the ultra-deep well drilling rig.The SL675 swivel was developed to replace the imported products.This swivel adopted the new technology,and is characterized by steady operation,light mass and prevention of leakage of drilling fluid.The testing result indicates that the performance indexes of the SL675 swivel have reached the design requirement and can satisfy the requirement of the matching operation of ultra-deep well drilling rigs.
