摘 要:为解决漏失严重出砂井排砂难的问题,研制了新型旋转式抽砂泵。该抽砂泵在继承抽砂泵原有优点的基础上,完善了泵筒结构。在泵体与活塞杆间采用六方连接,保证活塞杆既能上、下自由运动,又能在管柱的旋转下带动泵筒从而带动砂铲或钻头进行旋转运动,这样就达到了既能钻砂面又能及时将钻碎的砂子抽进油管内,完成抽砂作业。现场应用表明,该抽砂泵与常规冲砂技术相比,具有操作简单、施工快捷、成功率高和施工过程无污染等优点,每口井施工比常规冲砂节约时间12~30 h,节约成本4~10万元,减少油层污染,抽砂成功率100%。To deal with the sand dump difficulty in sand problem wells,a new type of rotary sand pump was developed.On the basis of inheriting the original strengths of the sand pump,the pump perfected the pump barrel structure and adopted a hexagonal connection between the pump body and the piston rod,ensuring that the piston rod could go upward and downward freely,and cause the pump barrel to move with the rotation of the pipestring so as to cause the shovel or drilling bit to rotate.In this way,the sand surface could be drilled and the sand could be pumped into the tubing on time.The field application indicates that,compared with the ordinary sand pumping technology,the pump technology has its own merits,such as simple operation,quick construction,high success rate and non-pollution in the process of construction.The construction time for each well saves 12 to 30 hours,compared with normal sand washing and the costs of 4,000 to 10,000 RMB have been saved.The reservoir pollution is reduced and the success rate for sand pumping reaches 100 percent.
