摘  要:对螺杆泵在海拉尔油田深井中应用时出现的负载扭矩波动问题进行深入分析,认为其影响因素有4个,即螺杆泵定转子摩擦副的摩擦特性、初始装配过盈量及橡胶的温胀和溶胀量、工作转速和传动刚度。为此,采取如下预防措施:研制新型深井定子橡胶,提高定子橡胶对深井井况的适应性;研究深井定子橡胶在深井井况的温胀和溶胀规律,合理设计螺杆泵的初始过盈量。将新研制的螺杆泵在海拉尔油田的深井中进行试验,在井口附近听不到周期性振动声,系统负载扭矩、工作电流波动幅度大幅度减小或消失,检泵周期延长到450 d以上,收到了较好的应用效果。An in-depth analysis of the load torque fluctuation of the screw pump applied in the deep well in Hailaer Oilfield was conducted.It was thought that there were four influencing factors,including the frictional properties of the friction pair of the screw pump's stator-rotor,the initial assembling shrinkage,the thermal expansion and swelling volume of rubber in operation and the operating rotation speed and driving rigidity.Therefore,the following measures were taken: the new-type stator rubber was to be developed;the adaptability of the stator rubber to the deep-well condition was to be improved;the laws of the thermal expansion and swelling of the deep-well stator rubber were to be studied;the initial shrinkage of the screw pump was to be designed properly.Then,the newly developed screw pump was tested in the deep well of Hailaer Oilfield.The cyclic vibration sound near the wellhead was not heard;the system's load torque and operating electric current fluctuation amplitude were greatly reduced or even disappeared;the pump inspection cycle was lengthened to over 450 days.The effect of application was desirable.
