针刺太冲穴对自发性高血压大鼠收缩压、血浆内皮素-1和血清NO的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针刺太冲穴对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)收缩压、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)及血清NO含量的影响,以对其降压机制作初步探讨。方法选用9周SHR 28只,随机分为模型组、太冲组、冲阳组和非经穴组(n=7),并以同体重正常血压SD大鼠(n=7)作为正常组。连续针刺治疗7 d后,测量收缩压,并于第7天测定血浆ET-1和血清NO的水平。结果 (1)各组大鼠针刺前和针刺第1天,模型组、太冲组、冲阳组以及非经穴组收缩压均与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。到针刺第7天,太冲组和非经穴组大鼠收缩压与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而冲阳组与模型组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,太冲组、模型组第7天的收缩压与第1天比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),冲阳组、非经穴组第7天的收缩压与第1天比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)模型组血浆ET-1和血清NO水平与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),经针刺治疗7 d后,太冲组血浆ET-1和血清NO水平与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而冲阳组、非经穴组大鼠血浆ET-1水平与模型组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺太冲穴能显著降低SHR收缩压,但未能使其收缩压恢复至正常水平,其降压机制可能与降低SHR血浆ET-1和升高血清NO的含量有关。Objective To study the effects of acupuncture at Taichong,Chongyang and non-acupoint on blood pressure,plasma ET-1 and serum NO in rats with spontaneous hypertension for mechanism investigation.Methods Twenty eight 9-week-old spontaneous hypertensive rats（SHR） were randomized into Taichong group,Chongyang group,Non-acupoint group and model group.Nine age-matched normal blood pressure SD rats were included as control group.Acupuncture at specific point was performed in acupuncture group for 7 days.Plasma ET-1,serum NO and caudal systolic blood pressure were measured.Results Significantly lower baseline blood pressure was observed in control group（P〈0.01）.The blood pressure in Taichong group was lowered after treatment with significant difference from the model group,but was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.01）.Acupuncture at Taichong point significantly lowered the levels of plasma ET-1 and raised the level of serum NO in SHR（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Acupuncturing at Taichong Point can lower blood pressure,but not to normal level.This may be assoicated with reduced production of plasma ET-1 and increase level of serum NO.
