摘　　要：对1985年至2008年底由国家知识产权局专利局受理的关于陶瓷复合材料专利从申请情况、专利结构、优先权年以及竞争对手等方面进行了深入的分析和比较,指出了我国陶瓷复合材料专利存在的问题。This paper of 1985 to end 2008 by the State Intellectual Property Office received patents on ceramic composite materials from the applications,patents,structures,priorities and competitors in areas such as in-depth analysis and comparison,that the Chinese ceramic Composite patent problems.
