布地奈德、沙丁胺醇溶液联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德和沙丁胺醇溶液联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎临床疗效。方法将毛细支气管炎患儿96例随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(46例),2组均给予抗感染、祛痰、吸氧、镇静等全身用药综合治疗,治疗组加用布地奈德和沙丁胺醇溶液联合空气压缩泵雾化吸入;对照组给予地塞米松、a-糜蛋白酶雾化吸入,观察用药后2组患儿咳嗽、喘息、呼吸困难及肺部喘鸣音减轻、消退时间。结果治疗组的症状、体征改善优于对照组,病程缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组明显高于对照组。结论布地奈德和沙丁胺醇溶液联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎,可明显改善症状及缩短病程,值得临床推广。Objective To study the efficiency of aerosol inhalation with salbutamol and budesonide in the treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods The 96 children with bronchiolitis were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group contains 50 cases,the control group has 46 cases.All cases were treated with anti-infective,eliminating sputum,inspirating oxygen and tranquilizing.The treatment group was treatd by aerosol inhalation with salbutamol and budesonide,the control group by aerosol inhalation with Dimesone.To observe the remission and subside of cough,gasp,dyspnea and wheezing rale of two groups.Results The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.The effective rate of the treatment was better than that of the control group.Conclusion aerosol inhalation with salbutamol and budesonide on the treatment of bronchiolitis could significantly improve symptoms,shorten course and is worthy for being widely used.
