摘  要:目的优选乳痛宁颗粒的除杂工艺。方法分别采用高速离心法、乙醇沉淀法、吸附澄清技术,以水浸出物收率、总多糖保留率、芍药苷保留率及淫羊藿苷保留率为指标,通过与自然沉降法的对比,比较3种除杂工艺的差异。结果 3种除杂工艺对4个指标均有不同程度的影响,其中吸附澄清技术中加入4%药液量B组分和2%药液量A组分的正天成ZTC1+1-Ⅱ型天然澄清剂法,能使水浸出物收率降至16.5%,使总多糖、芍药苷、淫羊藿苷保留率分别为94.84%、96.51%、92.11%。结论吸附澄清技术中ZTC1+1-Ⅱ型天然澄清剂法可作为乳痛宁颗粒的除杂工艺。Objective To choose the best clarification process of Rongtongning Granule (Traditional Chinese Medicine).Methods By determinating dry extract percent,total polysaccharide content,paeonoside content and icariine content three clarification processes including high-speed centrifugal,ethanol precipitation,adsorption clarification technique were compared with nature sedimentation.Results Three clarification processes had different level effect on the four indexes.Among them,adsorption clarification technique with 4% B component and 2% A component of Zheng Tian Chen (Traditional Chinese Medicine,ZTC)-Ⅱ nature clarifying could reduce the dry extract percent to 16.5% or so and make the retention rate of the active components above 92% respectively.Conclusion In the adsorption clarification technique,ZTC-Ⅱ nature clarifying agent can be used as clarification process Rongtongning Granule.
