摘　　要：目的初步评价阿苯达唑脂质体口服液治疗复杂肝泡型包虫病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2000～2009年阿苯达唑脂质体口服液治疗的26例复杂肝泡型包虫病例的临床资料。26例患者中13例行单纯药物化疗,13例行姑息手术联合药物化疗,比较二者生存率差异。结果 2种治疗方式5年生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),19例长期化疗随访病例健康存活。结论阿苯达唑脂质体口服液治疗肝泡型包虫病是安全有效的,可以长期使用。同时单纯阿苯达唑脂质体口服液的化疗与姑息手术联合化疗治疗复杂病例的治疗方式可能无临床差异,但无论是否手术,有效长程的化疗都应作为必要的治疗选择。Objective To evaluate the effect of liposomal albendazole for treating complex liver alveolar echinococcosis in clinic.Methods Since 2000,the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively about 26cases of complex liver alveolar echinococcosis who treated with liposmal albendazole.13of 26patients were treated by liposomal albendazole alone,and another 13patients were treated by palliative surgery adding liposomal albendazole,there were no statistic significance between two therapeutic procedures.Results Nineteen patients with long-time chemotherapy still alive with healthy.Conclusion It is safe and effective for liposomal albendazole treating complex liver alveolar echinococcosis.There are no significant difference between chemotherapy alone and palliative surgery with chemotherapy.But it is evitable of effective and long-time chemotherapy for complex liver alveolar echinococcosis,whether surgery being done or not.
