磷对奶牛红细胞膜Na^+,K^+—ATPase活性影响的观察

摘　　要：观察了土壤、牧草低磷情况下，可影响奶牛血清磷含量。血清磷含量可影响红细胞膜结构与功能。血清磷含量减少会导致Ｎａ＋，Ｋ＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ活性降低，进而影响Ｃａ２＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ活性和Ｍｇ２＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ活性。The results of this study indicated that the low phosphorus content in the soil and forage grass had marked effect on the phosphorus content in the serum of the dairy cows,and the latter influenced the structure and functions of the plasma membrane of the erythrocyte,decreasing the activity of the Na +,K +-ATPase,Ca 2+ -ATP ase and Mg 2+ -ATPase.(009)
