摘 要:为提高炼钢连铸生产计划编制质量,实现"连浇"生产,提出一种基于准时制思想的炼钢生产作业计划时间并行顺推编制方法。该方法将由连浇约束计算出各炉次的开始浇注时间视为交货期,以逆生产流程时间倒推各炉次在各工序上的开始作业时间作为计划编制的参考目标时间点;时间并行顺推算法将当前工序上所有炉次的开始作业时间沿生产工艺路径顺推到紧后工序后,再将后道工序上炉次以先到先加工原则分配到合适的工位加工,最后通过时间调整策略来缩小炉次的开始作业时间与参考目标时间点的偏差。利用钢厂实际生产作业计划数据进行算法验证,结果表明模型及算法能快速生成没有作业时间冲突且实现连浇的可执行炼钢生产作业计划。In order to improve the performance of production planning and meet the sequence casting,a parallel pushing method based on just in time principle is proposed for production planning in steelmaking-continuous casting process.In the method,the start pouring time of each charge calculated by sequence casting is regarded as the delivery time,and the start operation time of each charge determined in the reverse direction of processing routes from the end working procedure is considered as the target time for production planning.The parallel pushing algorithm is used to obtain the start time of the successor working procedure for all charges by parallel pushing in the direction of processing routes,and to allocate suitable processing unit for each charge.And then,to reduce the value of deviation between the start time of processing unit and the target time,the start time is modified by the adjustment rule.The test with production data shows that the model and algorithm can draw quickly a conflict-free and feasible production plan with sequence casting in steelmaking-continuous casting process.
