摘　　要：某中学4层教学楼建造于1987年,由于抗震设防标准的提高,为了保证其以后能够正常安全使用,对其做抗震鉴定。通过现场检测,结合计算,对其抗震构造和抗震承载力做了详细分析,给出鉴定结论,并同时给出加固建议,以供其它相关工程参考。We appraised a middle school classroom building, built in 1987, to ensure its safety in response to the raise of seismic standard. On the basis of testing and calculating, we made de- tailed analysis to its seismic design and seismic bearing capacity. We provided the conclusion of seismic appraisal and put forward suggestions to further strengthen it. Such a study can provide reference for other pertinent projects.
