针刀治疗颈椎椎间盘退变引起神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：神经根型颈椎病是由于颈椎间盘退变，引起单侧或双侧脊神经根受刺激或压迫所致。近年来对颈椎病的大规模流行病学调查和颈椎的生物力学研究显示：异常生物力学因素是促进颈椎间盘退变的主要因素之一，颈椎病的发生与人类颈椎长时间处于异常应力环境有关。其中力学因素在椎间盘退变过程中起关健作用。针对神经根型颈椎病这一主要发病机制，结合人体解剖学特点、生物力学理论以及针刀这一新型医疗工具优势，本文提出了针刀治疗该病的新思路与新方法。并对辅助方法及治疗注意事项作了相关说明。Nerve root type cervical spondylosis was caused by the degeneration of cervical disc. In recent years, study on large-scale epidemiological investigation of cervical disease and cervical spine biomechanics： abnormal biomechanical factors for cervical disc degeneration are a major factor, occurred of cervical spondylosis with environment-related of abnormal stress in the human cervical spine for a long time. Which mechanical factors in disc degeneration plays a key role during. For the pathogenesis of cervical nerve root pathogenesis, with human anatomy features, bio-mechanics theory and advantage of new medical tools of needle knife, in this paper, needle knife treatment of the disease and new methods new thinking.
