摘　　要：目的：探讨上病下治法治疗寰枢关节错位的疗效。方法：选择120例患者采用调腰椎、胸椎整脊法为主的上病下治法治疗寰枢关节错位。结论：上病下治法治疗寰枢关节错位的效果满意。Objective： To investigate effects of treating atlantoaxial joint dislocation by Shangbing Xiazhi therapy. Methods： To choose 120 patients, taking adjustmen lumbar, thoracic chiropractic therapy treating atlantoaxial joint dislocation. Conclusion： Treating atlantoaxial joint dislocation by Shangbing Xiazhi therapy has a good effect.
