摘　　要：本文回顾了昆明院勘察分院科技发展历程，在对历史经验进行总结的同时，对勘察分院的科技发展思路进行一些思考，以抛砖引玉，力争把勘察分院建设成为云南省内、水电行业内一流的工程勘察队伍，为我国的水电工程地质勘察、岩土工程勘事业再创辉煌。This paper has reviewed the course of technological development of the Investigation Branch, Kunming Hydroelectric Investigation, Design and Research Institute, and also has made reflections on the thinking of technological development while concluding the historical experience, so as to strive to build the Investigation Branch into the top engineering investigation team in the hydroelectric industry in Yunnan Province by offering valuable suggestions and achieve more glorious results for the cause of China＇s geological investigation of hydropower engineering and geotechnical engineering investigation.
