舟山渔农民住房状况研究——基于第二次农业普查数据挖掘

摘　　要：渔农民住房状况是衡量一个地区经济社会发展水平及农民生活水平的重要指标,也是新农村建设的一个重要衡量指标。本研究运用舟山市第二次农业普查资料及其它相关统计数据,加上实地调研,从结构特征、邻里特征、区位特征三方面分析舟山市渔农民的住房状况。发现舟山市渔农民住房存在着区域发展不平衡、不同经济收入者之间差异明显、住房浪费现象严重等问题,结合新农村建设的目标,提出统筹城乡发展和区域发展、规范农民住房建设、科学建房、促进住房与环境协调发展等对策措施。Housing of fishermen and farmers is a measure of a region’s economic and social development,an indicator of their living standards of farmers,and an essential part of new rural construction.In this study,using the second agricultural census data and other relevant statistical data of Zhoushan,combined with field research,housing of fishermen and farmers in Zhoushan were analyzed in three aspects,structural characteristics,neighborhood characteristics and location features.It is found that housing is imbalanced in different regions and significantly different among people with different economic incomes and housing waste is a severe phenomenon.According to the new rural construction,this paper presents some countermeasures to coordinate the urban,rural and regional development and standardize farmer and fishermen’s housing construction so as to achieve the harmony between housing and environment.
