摘　　要：0引言汽车凸轮促动车轮制动器的制动凸轮轴的质量好坏，直接影响着汽车的质量性能和行驶安全性能。鉴于目前，所有国产汽车和部分国外汽车，都采用凸轮促动的车轮制动器，所以，如何提高汽车制动凸轮轴的制造精度和测量准确度，是一个急需认真研究和解决的测量课题。The author of this paper introduced how to correctly determine the starting point of gauaing the involute cam,how to measure the cam lift（normal length of involute）,how to process and assess the measured data according to the geometric nature of the involute when gauging the involute cam lift.What were induced in this paper is quite different from other ways recommended in terms of correction simpleness,quickness and practicality.
