摘  要:采用直接免疫荧光流式细胞术方法,检测了低剂量X射线全身照射对小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞转铁蛋白受体(TfR)表达的影响。结果表明,低剂量X射线全身照射可增强脾脏淋巴细胞TfR的表达,由于TfR是T淋巴细胞激活与增殖过程中表达在细胞表面的重要受体之一,与T淋巴细胞激活与增殖有着密切关系。所以上述结果可能是低剂量电离辐射增强机体免疫功能的又一证据,同时也说明TfR在低剂量电离辐射免疫增强效应中起着重要作用。研究证实,T淋巴细胞激活与增殖是低剂量电离辐射增强机体免疫功能的中心环节。It has been demonstrated that the activation and proliferation of T lymphocytes is a crucial link in enhancing immune function by low dose ionizing radiation. Transferrin receptor(TfR) is one of the important membrane receptors expressed in T cells during activation and proliferation of T lymphocytes and is closely related with the activation and proliferation of T lymphocytes. TfR expression in lymphocytes in mouse spleens was examined using direct immunoflurescence and flow cytometric analysis. The results showed that whole body irradiation(WBI) with low dose X-rays could stimulate TfR expression in lymphocytes in mouse spleens, and this might be another evidence for enhancing immune function with low dose radiation and meanwhile indicated that TfRs play an important role in enhancing immune function with low dose radiation.
