杉木CTMP过氧化物-TAED活化体系的漂白性能

摘  要:以速生杉木CTMP为原料进行了H2O2、过碳酸钠(PC)和过硼酸钠(PB)与TAED组成的活化体系漂白性能的研究。过氧化物-TAED活化体系漂白反应可以在短时间内完成,适宜的漂白温度55~70℃、漂白时间60min;当过氧化物用量6%~8%时,浆料白度增值可达27%~29%;此漂白体系可使漂后浆料抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数分别提高48%~74%、19%~32%和37%~54%。Bleaching of CTMP Pulp which was produced from China fir , Cunninghamia lanceolata respectively with hydrogen peroxide , Sodium perborate and sodium percabonate activated by TAED was investigated in this paper. Compared with the peroxide bleaching without TAED, the bleaching with peroxide-TAED system can be carried out at lower temperature (55 -70℃ ) and shorter time (60 min). TAED dosage was optimized and the suitable mole ratio of TAED to H2O2 is 0. 1. The CTMP pulp with initial brightness of 43.8% can obtain a brightness gain of 29.3% by bleaching with H2O2-TAED system under the following conditions: 70℃, 60min, the mole ratio of TAED to H2O2 0.1, 6% H2O2 dosage on oven dry pulp. Similarly a brightness gain of 27.6% ISO and 27.4% ISO can be obtained respectively by bleaching with sodium perborate-TAED and sodium percarbonate-TAED bleaching system at a dosage level of 8% of the peroxides on oven dry pulp calculated as H2O2.
