摘　　要：造纸行业面临着低成本高质量产品的市场需求。解决这一问题的方法是，更高效地利用不同浆料的纤维特性。高得牢浆（HYP）因其特有的纤维性能，在提高产品质量的同时为控制或降低成本提供了机遇，特别是在传统的不含磨木浆的高档产品中。本文列举了4个案例，表明在降低成本的同时，采用高得率浆的独特纤维性能来达到预期的产品性能。Papermakers are now facing the market demand for products with higher performance at lower cost. A way to achieve this objective is more effectively utilizing the fiber characteristics of different furnishes. High-yield pulps （HYP） offer such cost-effective opportunities, particularly for traditional ＂wood-free＂ papers. In this paper, four case studies are given to show how the unique characteristics of HYP can be utilized to achieve the desired end-use performance while reducing cost.
