摘  要:在P—RC APMP化机浆生产线优化过程中,发现存在离浓漂白塔效率低下、漂白化学药品浪费的问题。因此改用岛效的H2O2稳定剂进行工艺优化。工艺改进后,在保证白度的前提下,总的漂白化学品用量降低,两个漂白段的残余H2O2都有所增加,漂白效率更高。It was found that the bleaching tower of Zhongmao Shengyuan's APMP fine had low efficiency, and the bleaching chemicals were wasted during optimizing the production. One of the optimization methods was to replace the original silicate used with a better one containing less metal contents. After the optimization, the usage of bleaching chemicals was reduced when the same brightness was achieved, and the residual hydrogen peroxide increased in the two bleaching stages. The analysis of brightness development along the APMP line indicated that the bleaching efficiency is improved after the optimization.
