摘 要:为改善灰铸铁缸体的加工性能,对炉料配比、化学成分、孕育处理等方面进行了生产试验。通过增加炉料配比中的废钢比例,采用SiC替代75SiFe增Si,采用SiBa代替75SiFe进行包内孕育,采用SiSr代替75SiFe进行随流孕育,适量减少孕育剂加入量,将w(S)量提高到0.08%~0.12%,使灰铸铁缸体排气侧面铣刀寿命提高1倍。In order to improve the machinability of gray iron cylinder block,an experiment under productive condition was conducted on the charge mixture ratio,chemical composition,inoculation and so on.By increasing the proportion of steel scrap in the charge,using SiC as a substitute for 75FeSi to enhance Si content,using BaSi as a substitute for 75FeSi to conduct inoculation in the ladle,using SrSi as a substitute for 75FeSi to conduct stream inoculation,properly reducing adding amount of inoculant and increasing w(S) to 0.08%~0.12%,the working life of milling cutter for machining the exhaust side surface of the block was doubled.
