摘　　要：目的:探讨剖宫产术患者术前进行护理干预对焦虑和抑郁倾向的作用。方法:选择要求剖宫产的孕妇,术前1天及护理干预后实施手术前1h在自然无干扰的情况下自行填写焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS),评定患者情绪。行剖宫产的产妇980例,年龄21～43岁,孕周36～41周,平均38周。结果:护理干预后剖宫产患者SDS、SAS较护理干预前低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预后剖宫产术患者焦虑和抑郁心理倾向明显改善。Objective To study the effects of pre-operative nursing intervention on the tendency of anxiety and depression in patients undergoing casarean section.Method The pregnanies were asked to fill out SAS,SDS in the natural conditions 1 day before operation and 1 h before operation after nursing intervention to assess the mood of the patients.The number of the pregnancy was 980,the age was 21 ～ 43 years,the gestational age was 36 ～ 41 weeks,the average was 38 weeks.Results SDS,SAS scores of the casarean section patients after nursing intervention were lower than those before nursing intervention,and the difference was significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion The tendency of anxiety and depression in casarean section patients after nursing intervention is improved significantly.
