Aquilion One低剂量扫描在骶髂关节检查中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:评价Aquilion One低剂量扫描技术与螺旋扫描图像质量,探讨低剂量扫描在骶髂关节检查的应用价值。方法:应用Aquilion One CT对怀疑强直性脊柱炎需要行骶髂关节CT检查的患者60例,进行宽探测器平台下容积(VOLUM)扫描,并对图像结果进行分析和评价,观察比较其对骶髂关节结构的显示差异,以及对剂量的统计与相应年龄行螺旋扫描方式的患者的剂量指数(CTD Ivol)和剂量长度乘积(DLP)进行对照。结果:60例应用Aquilion One低剂量扫描技术患者图像与螺旋扫描方式无明显差异,但行Aquilion One低剂量扫描方式的剂量指数CTD Ivol和剂量长度乘积(DLP)明显低于螺旋扫描方式组。结论:Aquilion One CT VOLUM扫描技术在骶髂关节检查中图像质量高,剂量远远低于螺旋扫描方式成像的剂量,有利于患者的辐射防护,对临床和患者意义巨大。Objective To evaluate the image quality of Aquilion One respectively used low dosage and spiral scanning,the value of applications about Aquilion One with low dosage on the checking of sacrum joint.Method To scan sacrum joint with VOLUM under the wide detective platform for 60 cases diagnosed preliminary with spinal inflammation,the differences about the structure of sacrum joint were showed through the analysis and evaluations to the scanning images,the statistic of dosages,the CTD Ivol and DLP were contrasted.Results No obvious differences can be found between the images with lower dosage scanning technology and with spiral scanning,but the CTD Ivol and DLP of the group of low dosage was obvious lower than the group of spiral scanning.Conclusion It is of great significance for the patients with better radiation protection that the scanning on sacrum joint with Aquilion One CT VOLUM has better quality of images,and the dosage is much lower than the spiral scanning.
