摘 要:为提高油田开发效果、提高采油效率,大庆油田N采油厂在所属区块推广应用了摩擦式智能抽油机。然而,摩擦式智能抽油机工况参数计算比较繁琐。为此,建立了摩擦式智能抽油机上行拉力、下行拉力、理想平衡时的配重值、减速器最大扭矩及电动机额定功率等工况参数的计算模型。以计算模型作为依据,利用VB(Visual Basic)语言编制了工况参数计算软件。该软件可用来计算悬点载荷,对摩擦式智能抽油机型号进行初选,可降低一次选型时的最大载荷与功率,避免二次更换机型。对7口安装了摩擦式智能抽油机的油井计算结果表明,该软件在稠油、斜井正常生产时的计算结果误差率均在工程计算误差允许的范围(15%)内。但该软件对于直井和对供液不足的井还有一定的不适应性,需进一步研究、完善。Friction-type intelligent pumping unit is applied to all blocks of N oil production plant in Daqing oilfield for enhancing developing effect and oil recovery efficiency.But it needs complex operating parameters calculation.So calculation model of the operating parameters is built including upgoing and downgoing pulling force,balance weight when at ideal equilibrium,maximum torque of decelerator and motor nominal power and so on.Based on the model,calculation software is programmed by using VB language.It can be applied for calculating polished rod load and selecting the unit type,which will result in decreasing maximum load and power at the first type selection and avoiding type change.The friction-type intelligent pumping unit is installed for 7 wells.The calculation results show that the error rate is at the range of lower than 15% when normal production for heavy oil and inclined wells by this software.But the software should be improved further for the straight hole and well with deficient-liquid supply.
