摘  要:胜利油田井下作业二公司作业一大队的污水源热泵供暖系统在运行中存在的问题有:1号机组1、6、7、9号模块全年不能启动运行;1、2号机组20台模块不能全部同时运行;热水循环系统循环泵配置不合理;1、2号机组污水侧、热水侧温差相差较大;热泵投产以来,运行参数未能达到设计指标;热泵热水出水温度不稳定;热泵设计热水出水温度低,供暖质量差;污水换热器结垢腐蚀严重;热泵供暖系统运行参数计量仪表配备不完善等。提出了两种改造方案,方案一的改造思路是解决目前热泵运行中的故障,保证现有热泵系统的20台模块均能正常运行,同时视情况适当增加单模块数量,以提高热泵系统的负荷;方案二的改造思路是在保证原有热泵正常运行情况下,可新增6台或10台高温热泵与原有热泵机组采用串联或并联连接。通过比较,最后采用方案一进行改造,达到了预期目标。The sewage source heat pump-based heating system of the No.1 operation team of SINOPEC Shengli Oilfield Company's No.2 downhole operation subsidiary had several problems during operation.Modules No.1,6,7 and 9 of the No.1 unit could not start up and were thus idled for the whole of the year.The 20 modules of the No.1 and No.2 units could not be put into use at the same time.The configuration of the circulating pumps in the hot water circulating system is not appropriate.The temperature difference between the sewage side and the hot water side of the No.1 and No.2 units was too large.Since it was put into operation,the heat pump has not yet met the designed parameters for operation.The temperature of the hot effluent from the heat pump was not stable.The designed temperature of the hot effluent from the heat pump was too low,so the heating quality is low.The sewage heat exchanger had serious scale buildup and corrosion.The heat pump-based heating system was not equipped with adequate well-functioning operational parameter indicators.To resolve these problems,technicians proposed two solutions.The first solution was to first fix the problems in the heat pump to ensure that all the 20 modules in the existing heat pump system could operate normally and added an appropriate number of modules if necessary to raise the load of the heat pump system.The second solution was to add 6 or 10 high-temperature heat pumps to connect with the existing heat pump set either in series or in parallel,while ensuring the normal operation of the existing heat pump.After comparing them,they decided to adopt the first solution and achieved the expected objectives after implementing this plan.
