知识管理视野下加强学习型军队院校建设的思考

摘　　要：知识管理伴随着知识经济的产生而产生,在现代管理理论中占据着越来越重要的地位。在分析知识管理理论和学习型组织理论关系的基础上,从知识管理的视角分析了学习型军队院校的特征,并提出了加强学习型军队院校建设的几点建议。Accompanying the emergency of knowledge economy,the theory of knowledge management has become an increasingly prominent branch of modern management theories.Based on the analysis of the relationship between knowledge management and learning organization theory,this paper analyzes the features of learning military academy from the visual angle of knowledge management,puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the construction of learning military academy.
