摘　　要：曹组词在北宋晚期广为流传,其许多词作,用浅近的口语、滑稽的口吻进行创作,艺术个性突出,是北宋"滑稽词"之代表;但亦有不少词作,用语典雅,寄寓遥深,是对词传统风格的继承和回归。曹组词实雅俗兼善,仅看到其中之一面而对其予以肯定或否定皆有失公允。Song poetry by Cao Zu was widespread in the late Northern Song Dynasty, and most of his poems are well-known for their plain colloquial and funny expressions, which is his unique artistic features and consideretl as the representatives of ＂funny Song poetry＂ in that period. However, among his Song poems are also some elegant and profound ones, which inherent the traditional style of Song poetry. In summary, his poems are both refined and popular, and it is unfair to emphasize one and neglect the other.
