摘 要:选用10只人工授精、体重35~45kg的健康湖羊,在妊娠119天以无菌手术装置胎儿后肢胫前动脉瘘管和母体颈静脉瘘管,经瘘管连续采集血样,研究湖羊胎儿营养代谢的特点及其与内分泌活动的关系。结果表明,妊娠后期湖羊胎儿血浆营养代谢成分的浓度为:葡萄糖7.84±1.61mg/dL,果糖170.51±11.60mg/dL,乳酸37.52±5.51mmol/L,游离脂肪酸101.83±12.20μEq/L,总蛋白2.93±0.22g/dL,α-氨基氮4.48±0.42mmol/L,尿素氮21.57±5.19mg/DL。胎儿血浆葡萄糖、游离脂肪酸、总蛋白和尿素氮显著低于母体(P<0.001),乳酸和α-氨基氮显著高于母体(P<0.001),果糖是胎儿体内特有的营养成分。胎儿血浆营养代谢成分相对恒定,母体的波动性较大。妊娠后期湖羊胎儿血浆代谢激素的水平为:胰岛素115.77±7.22μU/mL,甲状腺素99.24±16.22ng/mL,三碘甲腺原氨酸0.312±0.116ng/mL,胰高血糖素40.54±8.08pg/mL,皮质醇0.85±0.64μg/mL。胎儿的胰岛素和甲状腺素水平较高,显著高于母体(P<0.001),三碘甲腺原氨酸、胰高血糖素和皮质醇水平较低,显著低于母体(P<0.001)。胎儿血浆胰岛素、胰高血糖素、甲状腺素和三碘甲腺原氨酸波动性较大,皮质醇水平在妊娠125天之前很低(Ten Hu-sheep with a body weight of 35 ~ 45kg were selected and chronically catheterized in the fetal tibia artery of behind leg and maternal jugular vein in 119 day of gestation. The blood samples of 1. 5ml in fetus and 5. 0ml in mother were timingly taken every day after operation as well as plasma nutrition metabolites and hormones were measured. The results were as follow: The average concentrations of Hu-sheep fetal plasma nutrition metabolites during late gestation were Glu: 7. 84 ± 1. 61mg/dL, Fru:170. 51 ± 11. 60mg/dL, Lac: 37. 52± 5. 51mmol/L, FFA: 101. 83 ± 12. 20μEq/L, TP:2. 93 ± 0. 22g/dL, α-NH2-N: 4. 48 ± 0. 42mmol/L, UN: 21. 57 ± 5, 19mg/dL 1 Glu.FFA.TP and UN in fetus were strikingly lower than mother(P <0. 001),Lac and α-NH2-N of fetus were significantly higher than that of mother (P <0. 001),Fru exists only in fetus. Fetal nutrition metabolites appeared to be fairly stable and maternal plasma nutrition metabolites showed small fluctuent during the late gestation. The average concentrations of Hu-sheep fetal plasma hormones during the late gestation were Ins:115. 77±7. 22 μU/mL, T4: 99. 24 ± 16. 22ng/mL, T3: 0. 312 ± 0. 116ng/mL, Gc:40. 54± 8. 08pg/mL, Cort: 0. 85±0. 64μg/mL. Ins and T4 in fetal plasma were strikingly higher than that in maternal (P <0. 001 ),T3 Gc and Cort were significantly lower than that in maternal (P<0. 001), Fetal plasma Ins.T4,T3 and Gc appeared to be fairly unstable during late gestation, Cort showed increasing showly. Fetal nutrition metabolism are controlled by its own endocrine activity and maternal nutrition metabolism and endocrine activity.
