松毛虫赤眼蜂寄主偏爱可塑性的研究

摘　　要：在选择试验中，原寄生松毛虫卵的松毛虫赤眼蜂显示对柞蚕卵的偏爱，而来自玉米螟卵的松毛虫赤眼蜂则对玉米螟卵嗜好。当松毛虫卵的松毛虫赤眼蜂转用玉米螟卵培养后，逐代玉米螟卵寄生率、子代蜂数等，随着培养代数的增加而明显提高。试验表明，松毛虫赤眼蜂接受寄主行为是可塑的。要明显改变雌蜂显示的寄主偏爱性，需要用特定的寄主卵连续培养34代。During choice experiments, Trichogramma dendrolimi from Dendrolimus punctatus eggsshowed a preference for Antherae pernyi eggs . Where as T. dendrolimi from Ostrinia furnacaliseggs showed a preference for O. furnacalis eggs. When T. dendrolimi from D. punctatus wasswitched to O .furnacalis eggs, after several generations of rearing, there is a significant increase inthe rate of parasitization and the number of offspring.The experiments showed that host-acceptance behavior of T. dendrolimi is plastic. To signifi-cantly change the host preference of female wasps, we need to rear the wasp for 3 - 4 generations onspecific host eggs.
