摘　　要：目的：观察宫颈鳞癌组织中肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶（Pinl）、β-连接素（β-catenin）蛋白的表达情况，探讨其关系及临床意义。方法：收集140例宫颈鳞癌标本作为实验组，80例正常宫颈组织作为对照组，应用免疫组织化学技术检测二组中Pin1和β-eatenin的表达，探讨其关系及临床意义。结果：宫颈鳞癌中Pin1和β—catenin表达的阳性率明显高于正常宫颈组织，Pin1和β—eatenin的表达与肿物大小及淋巴结转移密切相关，宫颈鳞癌中Pin1和β-catenin的表达与患者的生存密切相关。结论：Pin1和β—catenin在宫颈鳞癌的发生发展中具有重要作用，联合检测Pin1和β—eatenin对判断宫颈鳞癌的预后有重要价值。Objective： To observe the expressions of Pinl and β -catenin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and investigate their clinical significance in neoplasm, for accumulating clinical experience, directing clinical work. Methods： The study included 140 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma as observation group, 80 cases of normal cervical tissues as control group. The expressions of Pinl and β- catenin were analyzed in different pathological character by IHC methods. Results ： The expressions of Pinl and β - catenin were obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group. The expressions of Pinl and β- catenin were associated with invasion and lymph node metastasis. The expressions of Pinl and β - .catenin were correlated with prognosis in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusions ： The expressions of Pinl and β- catenin may promote the occurrence in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The combined detection of Pinl and β- catenin may be significant prognostic indicator in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
