摘　　要：在分析植物生产实验教学管理中存在的不足的基础上,探讨了植物生产实验教学中心管理体制与运行机制的改革与实践,以期实现人、财、物等资源共享,为培养高素质创新型人才提供重要的平台。Based on analyzing the deficiencies in plant production experiment teaching,the innovation and practice on the management system and operational mechanism of experimental teaching center for plant production was explored,which in order to share of resources including person,assets and goods was realized,and provide an important platform for cultivating high-quality innovative talents.
