摘 要:[目的]筛选苦参、土茯苓、白鲜皮3种中药复方的最佳提取工艺,以期为该复方中药的开发利用提供试验依据。[方法]以提取物对白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)为指标,采用正交试验,对提取工艺中乙醇浓度(A)、提取时间(B)、三种中药的比例(土茯苓、白鲜皮、苦参)(C)及料液比(D)4个因素进行优选研究。[结果]复方中药提取物提取工艺的最优组合为:A3B2C3D1,即提取液为体积分数为70%乙醇,苦参∶土茯苓∶白鲜皮的比例为2∶2∶1,料液比为1∶10,提取时间为2h。在该工艺条件下提取,中药复方提取物得率约为23%,对白色念珠球菌的MIC值为0.195mg/mL。[结论]该试验筛选出了苦参、土茯苓、白鲜皮3种复方中药的最佳提取工艺,为该复方中药的开发利用提供了试验依据。[Objective] The objective was to screen the optimal extraction technology of compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,which is composed of radix sophorae flavescentis,rhizoma smilacis glabrae and cortex dictamni,aiming at providing experimental evidence for the development and utilization of the compound prescription. [Method] With the minimal inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) of extracts for Candida albicans as index,the orthogonal test was designed with 4 factors:concentration of ethanol (A),extraction time (B),the proportion of three components (C) and material-liquid ratio (D) to screen the optimum extraction conditions. [Result] The optimum technology were as follows:extraction solution of 70% ethanol ( V/V ),proportion of 2:2:1,solid-liquid ratio of 1:10 and extraction time of 2 h,under which the yield of the compound prescription was 23% and the MIC value was 0.195 mg/ml. [Conclusion] The optimum extraction technology was obtained from the orthogonal test,and this will provide reference for the development and utilization for the compound prescription.
