摘  要:[目的]阐明鸡源芽孢杆菌与抗生素配伍使用对肠道菌群的影响。[方法]鸡肠黏膜上分离得到6株芽孢杆菌,均为G+菌。生理生化鉴定表明,B2、B4为蜡样芽孢杆菌;B1、B3、B5、B6为地衣芽孢杆菌。在肉鸡雏苗中投喂添加由B2、B5制备的微生态制剂和金霉素,在55d投喂期内采用平板计数法检测好氧性异养菌总数、鸡伤寒沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和B2、B5的数量。[结果]在投喂饲料的30d后B2、B5数量达到稳定并在肠道内定植。同时,由于B2、B5的抑制作用,肠道中鸡伤寒沙门氏菌数量下降最明显。B2、B5对鸡肠道的好氧性异养菌无明显抑制作用。芽孢杆菌与抗生素配伍使用时,应先用抗生素对消化道内致病菌进行清理,再投喂含芽孢杆菌的饲料。B2、B5对鸡肠道菌群的影响与抗生素具有相近的效果。[结论]芽孢杆菌作为饲料添加剂可以取代抗生素应用在肉鸡养殖中。[Objective] The aim was to illustrate the effect of bacillus combined with chlortetracycline on the microflora in broiler gut. [Method] A group of six bacillus was isolated from intestinal mucous of broilers. Their physioloical and biochemical characteristics showed B2 and B4 were Bacillus cereus ,B1,B3,B5 and B6 were Bacillus licheniformis. Broilers were fed supplement with Bacillus cereus,Bacillus licheniformis and chlortetracycline. After 55 days of feeding,the total numbers of aerobes,Salmonella typhi,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus cereus and chlortetracycline were measured by plate colony count. [Result]The numbers of Bacillus cereus and Bacillus licheniformis increased in intestine of the broilers. After 30 days,bacillus colonized in the broiler gut with stable number. Meanwhile,the number of both Salmonella typhi and Staphylococcus aureus reduced especially in the broiler gut,owing to the inhibitory effect of bacillus. But it had no effects on aerobes in broiler gut. Adminstrating bacillus with chlortetracycline in broiler feed,proceeded treatment with chlortetracycline and then admininstrating bacillus wa broiler feed,the effect was fine. The effect of bacillus was similar to chlortetracycline in broiler gut. [Conclusion] The research demonstrated the possibility of the application of bacillus in broiler breeding.
