荆州市农贸市场食源性寄生虫病原学调查

摘　　要：采集农贸市场上的淡水鱼、蔬菜和猪、牛肉等样品,分别检查其华支睪吸虫囊蚴、土源性线虫、旋毛虫囊蚴和猪、牛带绦虫囊尾蚴的污染情况。结果表明,4种鱼类中均检出华支睪吸虫囊蚴,且污染严重;19种蔬菜中线虫虫卵或幼虫的检出率为40.61%;30份猪、牛肉样品中未发现旋毛虫囊蚴和猪、牛带绦虫囊尾蚴。The samples of freshwater fish,vegetable,pork and beef were collected from farm produce market and their pollution status of Clonorchis sinensis metacercaria,soil-derived nematodes,Trichinella spiralis metacercaria and Taenia solium and Taenia saginata cysticercus were examined resp. The results indicated that C. sinensis metacercaria were detected out from 4 fishes and their pollution condition was severe; the detection rate of nematodes eggs and larvae in 19 kinds of vegetables was 40.61%; there was no T. spiralis metacercaria,T. solium or T. saginata cysticercus found in 30 shares of pork and beef samples.
