摘　　要：为找出农村居民点整理的理论和实践支撑,应用博弈分析方法,通过对地方政府、农村集体组织和用地企业博弈分析得出农村居民点整理的实施取决于参与者对土地收益分配参数的大小,且受到地方政府政策的影响。研究结果表明,农村居民点整理各方收益分配的合理性是整理工作能否推进的核心,如何明确整理后的土地权属问题是重点。In order to find out the supports of countryside residential consolidation from the theoretical and practical view, the game analysis method was used and the game analysis was made on the local government, rural collective organizations and the land-use enterprises. It can be concluded that the consolidation＇ s implementation depended on the distribution parameters of land benefits of participants and it was influenced by the local government＇ s policy. The study results showed that the rationality of the benefit distribution of rural residential consolidation was the core whether the consolidation can promote. How to clarify the land property after consolidate was the important point.
