摘 要:[目的]通过组织培养方法筛选枫叶秋海棠不定芽诱导、伸长及生根的最佳培养基,为枫叶秋海棠的快速繁殖提供参考。[方法]以枫叶秋海棠的叶柄、叶片为外植体,进行不定芽诱导、伸长及生根的组织培养。[结果]枫叶秋海棠叶片最佳芽诱导、芽伸长培养基为MS+ZT(2.0mg/L)+NAA(0.2mg/L)。生根的最佳培养基为1/2MS+IBA(0.2mg/L),试管苗移栽后成活率为100%。[结论]该试验建立了枫叶秋海棠组织培养快速繁殖体系,为枫叶秋海棠的快速繁殖和遗传转化提供理论依据。[ Objective ] The study aimed to screen the optimum medium for the induction elongation of adventitions bud, and rooting of Begonia heracleifoniana and provide reference for the rapid propagation of Begonia heracleifoniana. [ Method] With leaves and petiole of Begonia heracleifolia as explants, the culture condition of the induction of adventitions bud and rooting were studied. [ Result] The optium medium for the differentiation and elongation of leaves from Begonia heracleifonia was MS + ZT(2.0 rag/L) + NAA(0.2 mg/L). The optimum medium for the rooting of it was 1/2MS + IBA(0.2 rag/L), and the survival rate of test tube seedling was 100% after being transplanted. [ Conclusion ] The rapid propagation system of Begonia heracleifoniana was established in this study,which would provide theoretical evidence for the rapid propagation and genetic transformation of Begonia heracleifoniana.
