云南三带喙库蚊分布特点及自然感染乙型脑炎病毒的调查

摘　　要：目的：研究三带喙库蚊的分布特点及乙型脑炎病毒的感染率。方法：在农村畜圈和人房捕蚊，用Ｃ６／３６细胞和小白鼠法分离病毒。结果：采获成年雌蚊３５种７０１６７只，其中三带喙库蚊２０４６４只，构成比为２９１６％，季节高峰是７～９月。从三带喙库蚊中分离出２０株乙型脑炎病毒，批阳性率为６２３％，现场感染比１∶７７２，最低带病毒率１３０‰。结论：三带喙库蚊在云南广泛分布，属优势蚊种，是云南乙型脑炎的主要传播媒介。Objective:To study the characterized distribution of Culex tritaeniorhynchus mosquitoes and their infection rate with Japanese encephalitis virus in Yunnan province.Methods:Collecting mosquitoes from the indoor and the stables of livestocks in villages.Using C6/36 cells and mice to isolate viruses.Results: 70 167 adult female mosquitoes belonging to 35 species were captured.The component rate of C.tritaeniorhynchus was 29 16 %( 20 464 / 70 167 ),its density peak was from July to September.Twenty strains of Japanese encephalitis(JE) virus were isolated from C.tritaeniorhynchus (321 pools; 15 442 mosquitoes).The positive isolation rate 6.23 %(per 100 pools),the minimal field infection rate 1∶772 or the mosquito body virus carrier rate 1.30 ‰(per 1 000 mosquitoes).Conclusions: C.tritaeniorhynchus was widely distributed over Yunnan province,which belong to the superior species of mosquitoes. C.tritaeniorhynchus might be the main transmitting vector of JE virus in Yunnan.
