抗传支复方中药口服液对小鼠的抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察抗传支复方中药口服液的抗炎作用。[方法]采用小鼠耳肿胀模型、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型、小鼠足跖肿胀模型及小鼠纸片肉芽肿模型观察复方中药抗传支复方中药口服液的抗炎作用。[结果]抗传支复方中药口服液能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀,中药口服液高剂量和低剂量组对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀的抑制率分别为38.56%和20.02%;明显抑制醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加;减轻角叉菜胶致炎小鼠足跖肿胀度;并有抑制小鼠纸片肉芽肿的作用。[结论]提示抗传支复方中药口服液具有明显的抗炎作用。[Objective] The effect of compound oral Chinese medicine on the anti-inflammatory of mouse was experimented.[Method] The effect of compound oral Chinese medicine on the anti-inflammatory of mouse was investigated by means of the observation in the model of the mouse ear-swelling,the capillary permeability-increasing in mouse belly,the paw edema of mouse and the granuloma edema of mouse.[Results] The compound Chinese medicine could significantly inhibit the mouse ear-swelling induced by xylene and the inhibition rate of the mouse ear-swelling induced by xylene under the treatment of the Chinese medicine with high dose and low dose was 38.56% and 20.02%,respectively.The capillary permeability-increasing in mouse belly induced by acetic acid could be significantly inhibited;the paw edema of mouse resulted from inflammation could be lessened and the granuloma edema of mouse could be inhibited through the treatment of the Chinese medicine.[Conclusion] It was indicated that the compound oral Chinese medicine had significant anti-inflammatory effect.
