摘 要:[目的]为红叶石楠的繁殖提供理论参考。[方法]对红叶石楠1年生枝条进行扦插,研究不同基质对红叶石楠扦插生根的影响。[结果]不同的基质对其幼根形成期的影响不同,以珍珠岩+蛭石+泥炭(1∶1∶1)最快;不同基质对生根数、根长、根粗等影响很大,以珍珠岩+蛭石+泥炭(1∶1∶1)较好。[结论]以珍珠岩+蛭石+泥炭(1∶1∶1)对红叶石楠插穗生根较为有利。[Objective] The research aimed to provide the reference of the propagation of Photinia serrulata.[Method] Ten kinds of different matrixes were used in carrying on the cuttage to the red leaves Photinia serrulata.The influences on rooting of the red leaves Photinia serrulata cuttage were studied.[Result] Different matrix had different effect on the root formation.And the effect of the mixture of perlite,vermiculite and turf(1∶1∶1)were the fastest.Different matrix showed great influence on the number,the length,the weight of the roots.The effect of the mixture of perlite,vermiculite and turf(1∶1∶1)was better than other substrates.[Conclusion] The mixture of perlite,vermiculite and turf(1∶1∶1)has a better effect on rooting of the red leaves Photinia serrulata cottage.
