摘　　要：目的：简化护理记录书写，将时间还给护士，将护士还给病人。方法：采用表格式护理记录单与传统式护理记录单相比较，比较书写时间，书写质量合格率，病人满意度。结果：表格式护理记录单较传统式护理记录单节约了大量时间，书写质量合格率和病人满意度都优于传统式护理记录单。结论：采用表格式护理记录书写可以提高临床护理质量。Objective. Simplify the writing of nursing records, the time returned to the nurse, the nurse returned to the patient. Methods Nursing records using single-table format with the traditional-style single care record compared to more writing time, writing quality pass rate, patient satisfaction. Results Record single-table format than the traditional nursing care records save a lot of time alone, writing quality and patient satisfaction, compliance rates are better than traditional nursing records.ConelusionsNursing record with table format can improve the quality of clinical care.
