摘 要:[目的]探讨新型一体式膜生物反应器处理化粪池污水的效果。[方法]将A/O工艺与膜生物反应器有机结合,设计成新型一体式膜生物反应器,研究其处理化粪池污水的效果,分析反应器各区间(缺氧区、好氧区、沉淀池、膜室)的污染物去除效能。[结果]COD主要是在好氧池被去除,其次为缺氧池,膜室对稳定出水水质起到重要作用,出水COD在50mg/L以下。好氧池是去除氨氮的主要功能单元,反应器出水氨氮在30mg/L以下;硝态氮浓度在好氧池最高,出水中硝态氮浓度在15mg/L以下,亚硝态氮小于1.0mg/L;在处理高氨氮化粪池污水时,整个反应器系统表现出较好的污染物去除效果。[结论]将A/O工艺与膜生物反应器有机结合,用于处理高氨氮化粪池污水,能够达到较好的处理效果。[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the effects of a novel integrated membrane bioreactor on treating the wastewater in cesspool.[Method] the novel integrated membrane bioreactor was designed by combination of A/O technology and the membrane bioreactor,its effects on treating the wastewater in cesspool was studied and the efficacy of removing the pollutant by various sectors of the reactor including the anoxia area,aerobic area,sedimentation pool and membrane room were analyzed.[Result] COD was mainly removed in the aerobic pool and secondly removed in the anoxic pool.The membrane pool played an important role in keeping the stability of effluent in which COD was blow 50 mg/L.The aerobic pond was also the important part for the removal of the ammonia,which kept the ammonia concn.blow 30 mg/L in the effluent.Nitrate concn.had the highest in the aerobic pool.Nitrate was blow 15 mg/L and the nitrite nitrogen was blow 1.0 mg/L in the effluent of the aerobic pool.As being used to dispose the wastewater in the cesspool with high ammonia,the novel integrated membrane bioreactor presented the good removal efficiency.[Conclusion] The combination of A/O technology and the membrane bioreactor could reach the good treating effect when used to treat the wastewater in the cesspool with high ammonia.
