摘  要:蛇毒中含有多种金属蛋白质,它们具有不同的生物学活性,如抗凝血因子(ACF)、糖苷水解酶(NADase)、纤溶组分(FP)及出血毒素等,它们的许多生物活性、荧光光谱和结构的性质等方面的研究已见报道[1].徐洵等[2]从皖南尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒中分离出3种出血毒...The fluorescence spectra changes of AaH Ⅲ in denaturants were studied by three dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that the emission bands of AaH Ⅲ remained at the same wavelength for the different excitation in 0 1% SDS solution, while red shift ocurred when deviated from the maximum excitation wavelength in 5 0 mol·L -1 guanidine HCl solution. It was conferred from the three dimensional fluorescence spectra that the Trp residues were partially located in the hydrophobic core of AaH Ⅲ molecule.
