摘　　要：目的：建立一种简便、快速的高效液相色谱法测定银黄滴丸中的指标成分黄芩苷的含量。方法采用色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱，乙腈-蒸馏水-四氢呋喃-磷酸（22：76：2：0．1）为流动相，检测波长为274nm，流速为1．0ml／min。结果在浓度为5．0～150．0g／ml范围内具有良好的线性关系，A=19054C-46154（r=0．9997，n=8），方法回收率为98．8％。结论该方法简单，灵敏度高，可用于银黄滴丸中黄芩苷的含量测定。Purpose： To establish a simple and rapid method for the Determination of baicalin in yinhuang drop pills by HPLC.Methods： Using chromatographic column Kromasil C18 and the mobile phasa consisted of acetonitrile, distilled water tetrahydrofuran and orthophosphoric acid （22 ： 76 ： 2 ： 0.1 ）.The detection wavelength was set at 274nm at room temperature. The flow rate was set at 1.0 ml/min.Results： The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 5.0 - 150.0 g/ml for rosuvastatin A=19054C-46154（r=-0.9997, n=8 ）.The method recovery was 98.8%. Conclusion：Themethod is simple ,quick ,sensitive ,accurate ,reproducible and can be use to control the quality of yinhuang drop pills.
