摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC法测定风湿安泰片申马兜铃酸A的方法。方法：采用RP-HPLC法测定。用ShimadzuC18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-水-冰醋酸（59：40：1）为流动相，流速为lml／min，检测波长250nm，柱温为室温，进样量为10μ1。结果马兜铃酸A的保留时间约为32分钟，与其他峰的分离度大于1．5。马兜铃酸A的线性范围为1．038μg／ml-127．6μg／ml，7=0．9998，最低检测限为5．34×10^-3μg（信噪比为3：1），平均回收率为98．682％（n=5）。结论该方法简便快速，结果准确可靠，可用于风湿安泰片中马兜铃酸A的测定，马兜铃酸A未检出。Abstract Aim： To establish a method for testing of Aristolochie Acid A in Fengshi Antai Tablets. Methods： HPLC was adopted for analysis with a Shimadzu C 18 column （250mm ×4.6mm,5μm）, a mobile phase consisting of methanol ： water ： glacial acetic acid （59：40：1） and eluted at 1ml/min and a detection wavelength at 250nm. Results： The retention time for Aristolochic Acid A was about 32 min. The resolution was over 1.5.with other peaks. The linear range for Aristolochic Acid A was between 1.038 μ g/ml-127.6μg/ml and the limit of detection was 5.34×10^-3 μg. Conclusion： The method was simple, rapid and accurate
