重感灵片水提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的确立重感灵片提取生产工艺。方法以提取液中葛根素的含量为考查指标，确定水提取工艺中最佳加水量。结论通过对重感灵片提取工艺研究，确定了重感灵片的提取工艺中药材加水量，为生产实践提供依据。Water extraction process of Zhongganling Tablets was studied by using the content of puerarin in extraction solutions as an exploring index. Optimal water amount needed in the extraction was established. The experimental results will provide a theoretical basis for the production practice of the drug.
