对高校图书馆以人为本拓展创新服务的思考

摘　　要：随着计算机网络通信技术的迅速发展与信息环境的优化,高校图书馆要提升为教学科研服务的水平,必须树立以人为本的服务理念;建立特色数据库;积极营造人才培养的良好环境;开展馆际合作和馆外联合;激励学生阅读兴趣;完善服务制度。高校图书馆要充分挖掘服务潜能,充分发挥本馆馆藏资源的优势,最大限度满足教学科研的信息需求。With the rapid development of computer network communication technology and the optimization of information environment,the college and university libraries should establish a people-oriented service concept to upgrade the level of service to teaching and research.The people-oriented services include the set-up of the special database,the creation of a favorable environment for personnel training,the encouragement of students＇ interest in reading,and the improvement of the service system.The college and university libraries should give a full play to their library resources via extending the potential service,thus to meet the information needs of teaching and research.
