摘　　要：水环境是城市生态环境的重要基础，实施水环境治理工程，保持清洁的水资源、良好的水生态是落实科学发展观的重要实践，是构筑生态宜居高地重要内容，也是改善人居环境、造福百姓的“民心工程”。多年来，天津市委、市政府高度重视城市生态环境建设，把河道治理、污水处理和改善水环境作为城市建设的重要内容，水环境整体质量有了很大提升。Water environment is an important basis for urban eco-environment. The implementation of water environment rehabilitation project,preservation of clear water resource and friendly water ecology are significant activities following a scientific approach of development,important contents to build ecological livable highland,and 'grateful projects' to improve the living environment and well-being of the people. Over the years,the Tianjin municipal party committee and government attach great importance to the construction of municipal ecological environment,with the priority of river regulation,sewage treatment and water environmental enhancement in urban construction. The overall quality of water environment is far improved.
