摘 要:本文引入高新技术产业发展水平的测度,分析了省域高新技术产业发展水平在2004~2008年间的梯度变迁。中西部部分省份高新技术产业发展水平梯度变化较大,东部地区高新技术产业水平的变化并不明显。另外,本文采用广义排序选择方法对高新技术产业发展影响因素的分析显示,经济发展水平对高新技术产业发展的影响为低梯度下抑制与高梯度下促进。工业伴随高新技术产业梯度变迁对其呈现倒"U"形影响。研发支出的有效性随着高新技术产业发展水平的提升逐渐增加。人力资本对高新技术产业发展的影响呈现出不确定性。This paper introduced the measure ment of high-tech industry development level and analyzed the vicissitude of the degrees of the level. The paper got the conclusion that the degrees of the provinces in central and western regions fluctuated greatly than the provinces in eastern area. The paper also studied the influential factors of high - tech industry development using goprobit method. The results are that the local economic development level has a negative effect at the lower degree of high- tech industry and a positive influence at the higher degree. The in- dustrial development exerts an inverted "U" form impact on the high- tech industry. The expenditure of R&D actions becomes more and more effective with the ascent of the high - tech industry degree. The human capital has an uncertain influence on the high - tech industry.
