摘  要:随着电网电压等级逐渐提高,电磁环网的出现给电网安全稳定运行带来隐患。分析了河北省南部电网概况,指出了河北南网合环运行存在使500 kV主干网架输送能力得不到最大限度发挥、短路电流过大、电网运行经济性差、调度困难、容易引起系统振荡等问题。针对"十一五"规划提出的解环方案,将全网分为5个供电区并解开各供电区断面之间的500 kV/220 kV电磁环网进行校验。基于Pareto最优概念对该方案进行多目标优化,对比了优化前后电网各项重要指标,给出详细解环时间及扩建变压器的建议。With the upgrading of voltage level of the power grid, the existing of the electromagnetic loop network may not be propitious for security and stability of power system. The general situation of Hebei Southern Power Grid was analyzed, and the problems were pointed out such as low transmission capacity efficiency of 500 kV Backbone grid, excessive short-circuit current, poor economical efficiency, difficult to schedule, easily to cause system oscillation and so on.In the light of the dccoupled program proposed by the "11 th Five-Year Plan ", the grid is divided into five supply areas, and decoupled the 500 kV/220 kV electromagnetic loop network between the supply areas section and checked the decoupled scheme. Optimization of the program was based on the concept of Pareto, and the important indicators were compared before and after optimization.The final detailed decoupling time and expansion transformer recommendations were given.
